Preliminary Troubleshooting Steps You Can Try

While you can always contact us at DLC for support, there are a few go-to preliminary troubleshooting steps you can try first that may resolve a lot of common issues.

Some basic steps to try that may fix some common problems:
      1) - Save your work and close any open programs on your PC 
      2) - Shut down PC and/or turn the power off for any connected equipment
      3) - Ensure any Power or Data cables (USB, Ethernet/Network, Handswitch, Data Sensors etc.) are properly connected at both ends
      4) - Turn on PC 
      5) - Turn on Equipment
      6) - Re-try the task at hand, if the issue persists please refer to the below information:

If you have a device that connects via USB and it is still not responding, and you have tried the above, you can try plugging the device into a different available USB port on your PC.
